- The Fotki.lv site can be used only for non-commercial personal and collective photo galleries.
- Fotki.lv has the right to delete photographs that are defamatory, not in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, infringe copyright, etc.
- Fotki.lv has right to delete or correct commercial content on the Forum - advertising and anti-advertising.
- Photos from the user's public photo gallery may be printed by any Fotki.lv registered user, unless otherwise set when creating the photo gallery.
- Fotki.lv has the right to place its logo on the photographs posted on the Internet.
- Fotki.lv has the right to send an e-mail and sms to inform users about news, changes, commercial offers, etc.
- Fotki.lv shall not be liable in any way damages of any kind caused to the user through the Fotki.lv site
- Fotki.lv is not responsible for the content of the photographs posted by users in the photo galleries.
- Fotki.lv has the right to change the general terms and conditions on its own.
- The user provides private data only for the provision of services, while Fotki.lv undertakes not to disclose them to third parties, except where necessary for the provision of services(e.g. in cases of delivery).
